MIOSHA mandates the reporting and recording of work-place incidents and requires that the University of Michigan Summary Injury and Illness Information for Ann Arbor, U-M Hospitals and Health Centers, Dearborn, and Flint Campuses be posted from February 1, 2013 through April 30, 2013.
